Inter-Company Paperless Invoicing

A major transportation provider, in conjunction with 100+ companies, within the same industry bill each other on a monthly basis for their interline activity. Each company is responsible for collecting and processing received paper coupons, collecting data from 20+ data fields  and applying business rules each month to create spreadsheets and invoices for inter-company billing.   These companies required a system to automate an extremely labor intensive manual process, generating efficiencies for all companies involved.
