Process Outsourcing Case Study for Transportation
One of the largest intercity bus transportation providers, serving 2,400 destinations across North America that transports more than 2.2 billion passengers every year, was looking to improve the performance of their complex and labor-intensive back-office operations. The costs involved in receiving sorting and feeding ticket information were high, and the exception handling processes were tedious. Thus, Circulus proposed to eliminate the existing “in-house” workforce and the associated costs through well-executed process outsourcing.
