Ravindra heads the IT & BPO offshore teams of Circulus. He is primarily responsible for Circulus SMB product architecture, software development & delivery and customer support. He also manages the IT infrastructure team and document management services offered to around 25 customers by BPO operation teams.

After working in the U.S.A for 11 years in the technology industry, Ravindra returned to Hyderabad, India in 2006 and joined the Indian software development center of XTGlobal Inc as Senior Technology Manager. He gained managerial experience and exceptional technical capabilities while working at AT&T, Sabre, Transplace and others.

Ravindra’s technical and leadership skills enabled Circulus to successfully deliver multiple Account Payables Workflow & Document Management applications to end customers since 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, USA.
